1. Acceptance

By accessing and using this website, owned by SISTEMAS DE CONTROL Y AUTOMATIZACIÓN DIGITAL AVANZADOS SCADA, SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA ("SCADA"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Services and plans

Information about services, plans and prices published on the site is informational and may change without notice. The specific conditions of each engagement (scope, price, timelines and warranties) are set out in the corresponding proposal or contract. Prices are expressed in Guatemalan quetzales and do not include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Tools and quoters

The site's online tools (such as the Solar Quoter or the Domain Checker) produce estimates and results for reference only. Generated quotes do not constitute a contract or a binding offer; final values may vary depending on the actual conditions of each project.

5. Client accounts

You are responsible for keeping your client dashboard credentials confidential and for all activity performed from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, logos, designs, software and other elements) is the property of SCADA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is not permitted.

7. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, client sites or products such as PIUMS). SCADA is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites.

8. Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the department of Chiquimula, Guatemala.
